چکیده
Trehalose is a nonreducing disaccharide that involved in the regulation of plant responses to variety environmental stresses. 6-phosphate synthase (TPS) and trehalose phosphatase (TPP) are two key enzymes synthesis they widely distributed higher plants. At present, TPS family genes have been systematically identified analyzed many species, but TPP rarely studied. In this study, ten six cannabis (Cannabis sativa L.) were at genomic level. The phylogenetic tree members cannabis, Arabidopsis, rice was constructed, all divided into three subgroups: Class I, II, III. number exons motif types among I exactly same, as II members, gene structure III slightly different. There four pairs CsTPSs CsTPPs had duplication, indicating duplication events played an important role amplification families cannabis. results expression analysis under abiotic stresses showed 68.75 % CsTPS CsTPP significantly induced by least one stress. Among these genes, CsTPS1, CsTPS9, CsTPPA highest These may play stress responses. Most closely located evolutionary same or similar functions. To our knowledge, first paper reports

Identification and Expression Analysis of Two Arabidopsis LRR-Protein Encoding Genes Responsive to Some Abiotic Stresses
AbstractTwo Arabidopsis thaliana genes, psr9.2 and psr9.4 appearedto be highly similar to a phosphate-starved induced gene,psr9, isolated from Brassica nigra suspension cells.Sequence analysis classified the encoded polypeptides asmembers of leucine-rich repeat (LRR) proteins superfamily. The sequence of psr9 proteins comprise a unique N-terminalregion e...
متن کاملComprehensive Analysis and Expression Profiling of the OsLAX and OsABCB Auxin Transporter Gene Families in Rice (Oryza sativa) under Phytohormone Stimuli and Abiotic Stresses
The plant hormone auxin regulates many aspects of plant growth and developmental processes. Auxin gradient is formed in plant as a result of polar auxin transportation by three types of auxin transporters such as OsLAX, OsPIN, and OsABCB. We report here the analysis of two rice auxin transporter gene families, OsLAX and OsABCB, using bioinformatics tools, publicly accessible microarray data, an...
متن کاملComprehensive Genomic Analysis and Expression Profiling of the NOX Gene Families under Abiotic Stresses and Hormones in Plants
Plasma membrane NADPH oxidases (NOXs) are key producers of reactive oxygen species under both normal and stress conditions in plants and they form functional subfamilies. Studies of these subfamilies indicated that they show considerable evolutionary selection. We performed a comparative genomic analysis that identified 50 ferric reduction oxidases (FRO) and 77 NOX gene homologs from 20 species...
متن کاملStandardized Cannabis sativa extract attenuates tau and stathmin gene expression in the melanoma cell line
Objective(s): Metastasis is the main cause of death in patients with melanoma. Cannabis-based medicines are effective adjunctive drugs in cancer patients. Tau and Stathmin proteins are the key proteins in cancer metastasis. Here we have investigated the effect of a standardized Cannabis sativa extract on cell migration and Tau and Stathmin gene expression in the melanoma cell line. Materials an...
متن کاملComprehensive analysis of trihelix genes and their expression under biotic and abiotic stresses in Populus trichocarpa
Trihelix genes play important roles in plant growth and development and responses to biotic and abiotic stresses. Here, we identified 56 full-length trihelix genes in Populus trichocarpa and classified them into five groups. Most genes within a given group had similar gene structures and conserved motifs. The trihelix genes were unequally distributed across 19 different linkage groups. Fifteen ...
